The workflows we automate
Email & follow-up automation
Inbound requests triaged, replies drafted, and follow-ups sent on schedule instead of from memory.
CRM & referral tracking
Client and referral records that update themselves from real activity, with no one assigned to data entry.
Document chase
Structured request lists, automatic reminders, one upload path, live outstanding-items status.
Client intake and onboarding
Engagement letters, ID and information collection sequenced automatically for new clients.
Review and approval routing
Files routed to the right reviewer by stage, with escalation when something sits too long.
Client scheduling
Self-serve booking against real staff capacity, with reminders and reschedules handled without email.

Questions
What firm owners ask us first
- How much does AI automation for an accounting firm cost?
- The discovery call is free. A full assessment is $1,500 and includes a 60-minute working session plus a written roadmap; that fee is credited toward implementation if you proceed. Implementation starts at $4,000 and is fixed-price before work begins. Ongoing management runs $250–750 per month.
- How is our client data kept secure?
- Engagements are designed to be PIPEDA-aligned: least-privilege access, documented data flows, named subprocessors, and no client data used to train third-party models. Data residency and retention specifics are set per engagement and documented in writing before any system is connected.
- Will automation affect our independence on assurance engagements?
- We scope around it. Automation is applied to administrative workflows — document requests, scheduling, billing, status reporting — not to professional judgment, assurance procedures or file conclusions. Where a workflow touches an assurance client, we document the boundary so it can be reviewed by your firm's independence lead.
- How long does implementation take?
- A single workflow such as document chase is typically live in two to four weeks. A multi-workflow rollout across intake, scheduling and billing usually runs six to ten weeks, sequenced so nothing goes live during your busiest filing window.
- Are we locked into a long contract?
- No. Implementation is a one-time fixed-price engagement. Management is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Everything we build is documented and handed over so your firm can run it without us.
